These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, NFC cards, digital profiles, and related services (the “Service”) provided by Tapio (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tapio. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We sell physical NFC cards and digital profile services. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase, which we accept when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable or pricing was listed in error — and will refund any amount already charged in that case.
Some plans are offered on a recurring subscription basis. Where a subscription or free trial applies, the terms — including the renewal price, billing interval, and cancellation method — are presented to you before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time before the next renewal date through your billing settings.
We ship physical cards to the addresses you provide. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping details are correct, as we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you supplied.
You retain ownership of the content you publish to your Tapio profile. You grant us a limited licence to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You agree not to use Tapio to:

The Tapio name, logo, website, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or proprietary materials except as necessary to use the Service.
Because cards may be personalised, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your card arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@tapio.ae within a reasonable period and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Subscription fees already billed for a completed period are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions — such as those on intellectual property and liability — survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
